Rules for cancelling Aakaari service orders and recurring maintenance plans.
Before work starts
Orders can usually be cancelled before work begins. Once cancelled, eligibility for full refund is evaluated under the Refund Policy.
After work starts
If work has started, cancellation may still be requested, but charges for completed effort may apply. Final settlement depends on work logs, support timeline, and approved scope.
Maintenance subscriptions
- Recurring plans can be cancelled before the next billing cycle.
- Current billing period charges are generally non-refundable once cycle starts.
- Service access continues until the active period ends unless otherwise stated.
How to cancel
- Open a ticket from your dashboard with order ID and cancellation request.
- Our team validates order status and confirms next steps.
- Written confirmation is shared once cancellation is processed.
