Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Aakaari services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
Services covered
- Fix-an-Issue support services
- Build Solution implementation services
- Maintenance plans and related support operations
- Client and admin dashboard access for tickets, billing, access vault, and communication
Accounts and access
- You are responsible for account credentials and all actions performed under your account.
- You must provide accurate information for billing and service delivery.
- You must not attempt unauthorized access to other accounts, systems, or data.
Support workflow and response
Response times and service commitments may vary by service type, order scope, plan level, and provided access. Delays caused by incomplete information or missing credentials are outside guaranteed support windows.
Acceptable use
- No abuse, harassment, or fraudulent usage of support channels.
- No malicious uploads, malware, or exploit attempts through tickets, chat, or file uploads.
- No misuse of access management features for unauthorized systems.
Payments and billing
Fees are charged based on selected services and approved order scope. Taxes may apply based on jurisdiction. Billing disputes should be raised promptly through official support channels.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aakaari is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Service outcomes depend on third-party systems, hosting conditions, and external dependencies beyond our direct control.
Changes to terms
We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after updates indicates acceptance of revised terms.
